StanChart continues to bolster Greater China team

Standard Chartered Private Bank has made a new senior appointment by naming Michelle Ho as managing director, Great China and North Asia.

Based in Singapore, she brings to the bank 25 years of banking experience, with a keen focus on private banking in the North Asia region for the past 18 years.

Ho has previously had leadership roles at DBS Private Bank and as team head at HSBC Private Bank and Barclays. 

She was most recently managing director, team leader at Bank of Singapore. 

In addition, the bank also appointed Demir Avigdor as managing director and market head, Africa and Europe. Based in London, he joins from UBS.
